Customer Management (Beta)
Overview: Customer-related data statistics, currently including 3 modules.
1. Customer Acquisition
You can view the trend of the number of new and old customers within the specified date range.
2. Loyal users
Based on the number of orders, the TOP5 buyers in the historical orders (all orders from the authorized store one month to the present, earlier order data can be obtained by contacting customer service and paying for it) are displayed. Click "View More" to jump to the customer list interface to view more customer information.
3. Sales performance
Displays sales data for the current day, the past 7, 30, and 90 days, as well as the corresponding number of new and old customers.
Customer List
The list displays all order customer information, helping sellers conduct detailed analysis of existing customers and search by conditions such as number of orders, order amount, average customer unit price, and whether the customer is a corporate customer. Based on the screening results, differentiated email marketing is carried out for users with different repurchase numbers and average order values to increase the repurchase rate.
Advertising analysis-automatic advertising optimization
Automatic advertising optimization can automatically optimize advertising keywords for sellers. The optimization direction is mainly to adjust the ACoS of each keyword. We provide system-recommended optimization solutions for sellers who are not very proficient in advertising optimization. You only need to make some simple data settings to start automatic advertising hosting.
