-Dafiti was founded in 2011, with investors including the famous German incubator Rocket Internet. With the support of Rocket Internet, Dafiti, which initially only sold footwear products, has transformed into the largest fashion + e-commerce website in Brazil.
- In 2014, Dafiti generated revenues of 190 million euros and was incorporated into the newly established global fashion group GFG.
-In early July 2015, Dafiti acquired Kanui, an e-commerce retailer of sports and outdoor products, and Tricae, an e-commerce company focusing on infants and young children, to expand its sales categories.
