Founded in 2007, Sunvalley Group has grown into an industry-leading e-commerce company with six internationally renowned consumer brands: RAVPower, VAVA, TaoTronics, Anjou, Sable and HooToo. Headquartered in Shenzhen, it has branches in the United States, Germany, Hong Kong and Japan.
In 2014, it established cooperation with Dasu Capital and completed its Series A financing.
In 2015, Sunvalley Group successfully completed its Series B financing.
On October 14, 2016, Shenzhen Qianhai Jiupai Capital Management Partnership (Limited Partnership) invested RMB 31.5 million in Shenzhen Zebao E-Commerce Co., Ltd.
On December 9, 2016, Hangzhou Fuyang Jiankun Equity Investment Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership) and Minsheng Tonghai Investment Co., Ltd. invested in Shenzhen Zebao Innovation Technology Co., Ltd.
On March 12, 2018, Zhuhai GF Xinde Technology and Culture Industry Equity Investment Fund (Limited Partnership), Zhuhai GF Xinde High Growth Modern Service Industry Equity Investment Enterprise (Limited Partnership), Xinjiang Sunflower Chaoyang Equity Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership), and Guangyuan Zhonghe (Zhuhai) Investment Enterprise (Limited Partnership) invested in Shenzhen Zebao Innovation Technology Co., Ltd.
In July 2018, Zebao Electronics was acquired for RMB 1.53 billion, with the investor being Xinghui Precision. Zebao shares promised that the promised net profit to be achieved in 2018, 2017 and 2018 will not be less than 108 million yuan, 145 million yuan and 190 million yuan respectively.
Sunvalley technology has formed five major brands: RavPower, TaoTronics, VAVA, Anjou, and Sable. The main product categories include power supplies, Bluetooth audio, small appliances, computer and mobile phone peripherals, personal care and health, home textiles and home furnishings, etc. Among them, some products rank at the forefront of market share on Amazon's e-commerce platform, such as mobile power supplies, Bluetooth transmitters, LED desk lamps, Bluetooth headsets, humidifiers, etc.
Among the top 100 Chinese export cross-border brands that have opened stores on Amazon globally, four major brands under Zebo Technology, namely RavPower, TaoTronics, VAVA, Anjou and Sable, are among them.
