Teknihall is a well-known European company with after-sales service as its core business. It was founded in 1992. After 27 years of development, it has now become one of the top three after-sales service organizations in Europe and the designated service provider for the top five well-known supermarkets in Europe, including ALDI, LIDL, and Metro.
Teknihall is a company specializing in electronic and electrical product repair, refurbishment, logistics, warehousing, European all-language call center and other services. It has 256 employees and 50,000 square meters of warehouses in Germany and Belgium, and widely serves large European supermarkets, brand owners and their factories.
Teknihall's development history:
In 1992, Teknihall Elektronik GmbH was founded in 1992 with a focus on customer repairs (TPM). Main service areas: TAM combination fax machines, telephones, satellite receivers and satellite stations.
In 1998 we decided to install a large telecommunications unit with ACD to set up a professional help desk service.
Between 1996 and 1999 we expanded our product range into white goods, consumer electronics, CRT and LCD TVs.
In 2003 international work started with an agreement to collaborate with other ServiceCentres in Europe. Founded in 2005, our subsidiary teknihallBeneluxBVBA operates call centers, repair services and warehouse logistics in Belgium, the Netherlands, France and Luxembourg. In the same year, we adopted a new logistics system to optimize the processes of incoming and outgoing goods.
In 2006 we expanded our services with resaleable goods and a new hall.
Since 2008, we can provide assembly of LCD TV and HiFi products for our customers.
Since 2008, we have been able to provide native-speaking call center services to almost all European countries.
