eBay removes KWT Logistics from logistics partnership

On December 21, eBay recently announced adjustments to the eBay Traceable Logistics Management Program policy for approved logistics suppliers (hereinafter referred to as the announcement).

The announcement stated that according to eBay's data, the recent logistics performance of eBay transactions using logistics provider KWT Logistics has seriously failed to meet eBay's logistics requirements, resulting in a continued increase in sellers' logistics defect rates. In view of this, eBay decided to remove KWT Logistics from the list of approved logistics suppliers in eBay's traceable logistics management program policy starting from December 27, 2019 (trading day).

The announcement reminds sellers to correctly fill in the carrier name when uploading the logistics tracking number to improve the synchronization timeliness and accuracy of tracking information.

In addition, sellers can actively recommend stable and reliable logistics methods to the platform through their account managers. The platform will conduct corresponding evaluations, and high-quality logistics suppliers will have the opportunity to connect data with the eBay platform.

eBay also recently announced seller protection during the UK lockdown in November, and sellers' delayed delivery rates will be automatically adjusted. For transactions conducted between November 5 and November 21, 2019, eBay will automatically remove delayed delivery records and any related negative or neutral reviews.
