What is the scope of Amazon’s dangerous goods review?
1. Confirm that you have or have attempted to convert the product to be fulfilled by Amazon. If you haven't done so yet, try converting first.
2. Check the ASIN Lookup Tool to confirm if your ASIN has been reviewed. If it is still under review, please wait 4 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) for the review to be completed and then check this ASIN again.
3. Provide the manufacturer's Safety Data Sheet (SDS) or product ingredient information sheet through the Upload Dangerous Goods Documents page (see the table below for frequently asked questions about SDS).
Note: Sellers are responsible for ensuring that all products shipped to Amazon fulfillment centers comply with FBA policies and all legal requirements regarding hazardous materials, even though FBA does not currently restrict them.
Amazon Dangerous Goods Information Requirements:
(1) Product ingredient information sheet (only applicable to products without MSDS/SDS report)
(2) Manufacturer's Material Safety Data Sheet/Safety Data Sheet (MSDS/SDS report)
The main thing is to ensure that suppliers can provide sufficient information to demonstrate that the products can be safely used with their substances and mixtures.
