1. Amazon overseas warehouse monthly storage fees:
According to Amazon's policy, the monthly inventory storage fee is charged based on the average daily volume of the space occupied by the seller's inventory in the fulfillment center (measured in cubic feet, length x width x height in inches).
The cargo volume is measured based on the dimensions of the product that is properly packaged and ready to ship according to Amazon FBA policies and requirements. Amazon generally charges the previous month’s inventory storage fee between the 7th and 15th of the following month. For example, to view inventory storage fees for January, a seller can view a payments report that contains transaction information from February 7 to 15.
Monthly storage fees are charged as follows:
From January to September, the price for standard-sized items is $0.69 per cubic foot; for oversized items, it is $0.48 per cubic foot. From October to December, the price for standard-sized items is $2.40 per cubic foot; for oversized items, it is $1.20 per cubic foot.
Because October to December is the peak season for the Amazon platform, the monthly storage fees will be higher. The above is the standard before March 1, 2019. On and after March 1, 2019, the standard size is: $0.75 per cubic foot from January to September, and $2.40 per cubic foot from October to December. The current monthly storage fee schedule for oversized items will remain unchanged.
2. Amazon overseas warehouse long-term storage fees:
Amazon Logistics Long-term Storage Fee: On the 15th of each month, Amazon Logistics (FBA) will conduct an inventory cleanup. On this date, Amazon will charge a long-term storage fee (LTSF) of $6.90 per cubic foot, or $0.15 per unit (whichever is greater), for inventory that has been in our U.S. fulfillment centers for more than 365 days.
