When using Manage Orders, sellers select the carrier name from the drop-down list. If you do not see your carrier in the drop-down list, select "Other" and enter the carrier name in the text field. Amazon will add more carriers in the future.
When using bulk feeds or the API, please provide the carrier code ("CarrierCode" for the API) during the ship confirmation for each order. If you are using a carrier not listed, please set the carrier code to "Other" and provide the API's "CarrierName" in the Carrier Name field.
Note: If you are using an integrator, please work with the integrator to ensure that the carrier details are provided to Amazon when confirming shipment.
2. What happens if a wrong tracking ID is provided during shipment confirmation?
You will receive a warning message "Please enter a valid tracking ID to confirm shipment". Shipments can only be confirmed after a valid Tracking ID has been entered.
3. During the shipment confirmation process, do sellers need to provide details of the delivery service level (or delivery method)?
Shipping service level (or shipping method) details are not required to confirm shipment, but Amazon strongly recommends that sellers provide them.
