Introduction to Amazon Global Selling Program
Amazon Global Selling is a program launched by Amazon in China for Chinese companies to assist them in opening stores on Amazon around the world. Enterprises can apply to join the global store opening project through Amazon's global store opening investment team. Enterprises can settle in the following three Amazon regions, with sites in a total of ten countries.
North America: United States, Canada, Mexico
European stations: UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain
Japanese Station: Japan
As long as Chinese companies join the global store opening project, they can become global sellers. Even if the products, factories, companies and teams are all in China, the business can be quickly expanded to North America, Europe and Japan.
Global store opening preparation stage
Product self-inspection: Please confirm that your product does not have the name and logo of another brand, and does not have any pattern that infringes on intellectual property rights. Please read the relevant learning materials on "Amazon Product Quality Program" and "Intellectual Property Infringement" carefully. In order to ensure that products with certain safety risks comply with widely accepted regulatory standards, for certain products, we may require you to submit relevant qualifications, and you will be able to start selling after passing the review. To avoid affecting the launch date of your product, please check the product details and specific requirements that require product qualifications to be submitted.
Required information:
1. Business license: There is no requirement for the company registration time. It can be newly registered or registered and operated for many years. There is no clear requirement for the company's business scope. Trade, electronics, technology, and commerce companies are all OK. The business scope covered by the company's business license will not directly affect the Amazon account registration and subsequent operations. However, it should be noted that if it is completely irrelevant, such as using the business license of a logistics company to register an Amazon account, it may not be approved;
2. Legal person's identity and address proof: The legal person's ID card is of course required. Photos of both sides of the ID card need to be taken and combined into one picture. You may also be asked to submit a photo of the legal person holding the ID card. Address proof refers to the water, electricity, and gas bills, which need to be from public utility units. Receipts issued by your landlord and the property management office of the residential area are not acceptable.
3. Dual-currency credit card: A credit card is required during the registration process. The credit card can be from a legal person or someone else, but it must be a dual-currency credit card, which is the one we often use with the VISA or Mastercard logo on the face of the card. Before registering, you need to activate your credit card and make sure the available balance on the card is more than $40.
4. Email: You can use any email address, but you need to make sure that the email address you use is not one that you have registered on the Amazon platform before;
5. Phone: The phone number that can be used is either a landline or a mobile phone. It must not have been registered and used on the Amazon platform before.
6. A clean desktop computer or laptop (one that has not been registered or logged into Amazon before); please check that the computer can be used normally before opening an account.
7. 1 broadband or 1 4G internet card (without previous registration or login to Amazon backend); please check that the broadband speed is normal before opening an account.
