FBA Shipping Operation Process
1. The seller makes a shipping plan in the Amazon backend and confirms the warehouse number;
2. Put FBA labels and shipping marks on each box of goods (to facilitate the distribution of goods by colleagues abroad);
3. Deliver the goods to our warehouse (or make an appointment to pick up the goods at our warehouse), and attach the packing list, commercial FAPIAO and customs declaration form (if there is no customs declaration form, you can buy a customs declaration form);
4. Loading, export declaration and shipment;
5. Complete customs clearance and pay tariffs after arriving at the port;
6. Drag the container to our warehouse, unpack the container and sort the goods;
7. Pack the goods on pallets according to Amazon's requirements and hand them over to the truck company after packing;
8. The truck company makes an appointment with Amazon and delivers the goods (**no appointment is required);
9. Return to POD after delivery and complete;
Note 1: After creating the shipment, assign the warehouse and confirm the following information for booking: the final assigned FBA warehouse address (including FBA CODE) cargo statistics (total number of pieces: number of boxes or pallets/total gross weight KG/total volume CBM/single piece size) and confirm the pick-up address/pick-up time/C**IGNEE information with the customer service (as an importer)
2. The goods must be packed in cartons or pallets in accordance with Amazon's requirements: Small items: affix the SKU barcode; Cartons: To prevent falling off during transportation, it is recommended to label the outer box on all four sides and cover them with transparent tape; Pallets: EU standard (European standard pallets/4way, length 1.2M * width 0.8M * height 1.6M) British standard (European standard pallets/4way, length 1.2M * width 1M * height 1.7M) US standard (American standard pallets/4way, length 1.2M * width 1M * height 1.8M) If the goods exceed half the volume of a pallet, they need to be palletized.
3. Ocean/Air Freight: If there is no customs declaration document: only need to provide the electronic packing list in Chinese and English (please contact the salesperson to send the template) and indicate: Shipment name/ID; Amazon Reference ID. If there is a customs declaration document, the following complete set of customs declaration information is required:
1. Sales contract (one copy, with official seal, in Chinese)
2. Copy of business license (one copy, with official seal)
3. Packing list (one copy, with official seal, in Chinese)
4. Invoice (one copy, with official seal, in Chinese)
5. Customs declaration form (one copy, with official seal, in Chinese)
6. Original Customs Declaration Letter of Authorization (three copies in red, yellow and blue, all with official seal)
7. Warehouse Deposit and Delivery Letter (one copy, with official seal, in Chinese)
8. Brand declaration (one copy, with official seal, in Chinese)
