Before you start setting up the Instagram sales channel, make sure you have a Facebook Shop page and have added products to your Facebook catalog. If you don't already sell on Facebook, you can set up the Facebook sales channel and create a Facebook product catalog by offering products on that channel. If you've published your products to Facebook by using the Facebook sales channel, you've already met this requirement.

From your Shopify admin, click the + button next to the Sales channels heading.

On the Add Sales Channel dialog, click Instagram to learn more about the sales channel.

Click Add Channel.

Log in to your Facebook account page to authenticate your Instagram account in the sales channel.

After you add an Instagram Business Profile, Instagram will review your account to see if it has access to this feature. Shopify cannot enable product tagging for your store. Once you're approved, you'll see a notification on your Instagram business profile. If you have questions about your store's eligibility, you can find help in the Instagram Help Center.

Manage product catalog

You can add your product catalogue from the Shopping page in your Instagram Business Profile options.

Open your business profile options using Instagram and go to the settings section.

Click Shop, then confirm your Facebook account.

If you don't see the Shopping section, click Edit Profile to confirm that you're connected to your Facebook Business Page.

Select the yourstore.myshopify.com product catalog.
