Connect Facebook Business Manager to Kit

Before you can run Facebook ads with Kit, you need to connect Facebook Business Manager to Kit. Business Manager needs to be connected to both your store's Facebook Page and an ad account that you have Business Manager admin access to.

Facebook Business Manager is a tool that lets you organize and manage your business pages and ad accounts in one place. If you're using a personal ad account, you'll need to have advertised with that account before before in order to connect it to Business Manager. If you've never advertised with a personal ad account, you'll need to create a new ad account in Business Manager before you can create a Facebook ad campaign. Learn more about Business Manager and ad accounts in the Facebook Ads Help Center.

If you don't have a Business Manager, you can create one when you set up Kit. If you used a Facebook ad account in Kit before setting up Business Manager, you may need to manually add your ad account to Facebook's Business Manager before you can connect it to Kit. If this is the case, copy your Facebook ad account ID in Kit and click Go to Business Manager. When you add the ad account to Business Manager in Facebook, you can paste the account ID you copied.

If you are creating a new ad account, or want to add additional ad accounts to Business Manager, you will need to contact Kit Support to associate the new ad account with Kit.
