Qingdao Cross-border E-commerce Association is a non-governmental organization approved by the Qingdao Non-governmental Organization Management Bureau and accepts business guidance from the Qingdao Municipal Bureau of Commerce. The working structure of this association is composed of the secretariat, subordinate professional committees, cross-border e-commerce service group, cross-border e-commerce college and other departments. The association was established with the focus on promoting the healthy development of Qingdao's cross-border e-commerce industry, enhancing the competitiveness and independent innovation capabilities of enterprises, safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of cross-border e-commerce enterprises, and reflecting the suggestions of cross-border e-commerce enterprises.
Qingdao Cross-border E-commerce Association currently has more than 360 formal members, covering third-party service companies in Qingdao that are engaged in cross-border e-commerce and related industrial chains. The association is committed to strengthening cooperation and exchanges with international e-commerce organizations, introducing the latest cross-border e-commerce models, delivering the latest concepts, leveraging the city's import and export advantages, and assisting in the creation of more cross-border e-commerce brand companies.
"Openness, sharing, pragmatism and development" is the founding purpose of this association. We serve the industry and its members wholeheartedly; safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the industry and its members; coordinate the relationship between members and the government and society; and it is our unshirkable responsibility to play the role of a bridge and link between the government and its members.
With the strong support of Qingdao Municipal Bureau of Commerce and Licang District Government of Qingdao, on December 29, 2015, Qingdao Cross-border E-commerce Association and Licang District Government held a strategic cooperation signing ceremony. The association joined hands with M6 Creative Park to create a "National E-commerce Demonstration Base and Provincial Cross-border E-commerce Cluster". With the support of the district government and the association's own efforts, the park was rated as a provincial-level cross-border e-commerce cluster in Shandong Province in September 2016, and now has more than 120 members settled in the park.
