Information you provide
Creating an account requires an email address, display name and password. We store a password hash rather than a readable password. Submissions, public reviews and contact messages contain the information you choose to provide. Do not upload customer lists, payment credentials or other unnecessary personal information.
Public and private information
Approved submissions and reviews may show your display name and contributed content. Contact messages are for administration and are not automatically published. Necessary session cookies support login and request verification. The application does not include third-party advertising trackers by default.
Purpose and requests
Account information supports authentication and contribution management. Contact information is used to respond to your request. Use the contact form for access, correction or deletion requests and identify the affected account or content. Additional verification may be needed to prevent unauthorized changes.
Third parties and deployment
Visiting an external provider is governed by that provider’s practices. Email delivery and hosting depend on the services used by the operator. The operator must keep its identity, contact channel, retention practices and any additional third-party processing information current before accepting personal data.
