Amazon Fresh grocery stores are open seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. These fresh grocery pickup stores will provide services free of charge to Amazon Prime members. Amazon Fresh Grocery Pickup Stores can help quickly place orders and pick up goods. The fastest time to pick up the goods is 15 minutes after placing the order, and there is no minimum consumption amount.
Amazon Fresh’s development history:
AmazonFresh began testing in Seattle in 2007, providing home delivery services for meat, fresh produce and groceries.
- In 2013, we began to gradually expand our business, expanding our business scope to several cities each year, and now we cover 17 cities in the United States, including London, UK;
-In March 2017, Amazon launched a fresh food pickup service (AmazonFresh Pickup);
-In June 2017, Amazon acquired Whole Foods, the food company's existing retail stores and distribution centers, which helped further promote the expansion of the AmazonFresh system;
-In May 2018, Amazon Fresh service will no longer allow local third-party sellers to sell on its platform. The program will be shut down on May 30, at which time all third-party sellers will be removed from the platform.
