The "9610" policy is a customs clearance model that appeared as early as 2014. At that time, the General Administration of Customs also added the customs supervision method code "9610" to serve small and medium-sized cross-border e-commerce companies whose sales targets are individual consumers. Under the "9610" model, customs only needs to review the list of export commodities submitted in advance by cross-border e-commerce companies. After the review is passed, the actual goods release procedures can be handled. This not only makes customs clearance more efficient for companies, but also reduces customs clearance costs.
What is the 9610 export mode?
9610 is a four-digit code. The first two digits are the classification code divided according to customs supervision requirements and computer management needs, and the last two digits are the customs statistical code. The full name of "9610" is "cross-border trade e-commerce", abbreviated as "e-commerce", commonly known as "collection model", which is what we often call B2C export (Business To Customer).
