Introducing Amazon’s eight teams! Sellers must see ~

Today we will take a look at Amazon's official teams to understand what these teams are responsible for, what behaviors of sellers they care about most when working, and which team to go to and how to appeal if a problem occurs.

1.SellerSupport

SellerSupport is Amazon's customer service department for sellers, mainly responsible for answering questions about lilsting and sales. They will occasionally point out problems with your account or other information in their responses, but the probability of this happening is only 1%.

2.Catalog Category

Catalog is the technical support team that reviews Listings. For example, if you encounter problems uploading or downloading listings, you can contact them directly to help solve the problem. This team does not have the authority to review the actual content of your listing, but will give you some reliable suggestions based on the regulations and data.

3. Seller Performance

This team evaluates your performance, applies for approval of multiple accounts, removes listings, or removes account sales permissions. Usually, they will notify you via email. Unless they communicate to you an appeal you need to file or a Plan of Action (POA) that you need to take next, there may be other forms.

4.ProductQuality

ProductQuality’s corresponding job content is to handle abnormal suspension of sales privileges. They review reports of policy violations, including illegal listings and forms of market manipulation, such as ASIN variations or any attempts to circumvent policies. In short, they represent the interests of buyers and are there to check the quality of your products and investigate any conflicts between the seller's product listing and what the buyer received.

5. Scott Kubicki and executive seller relationships

Every day, many sellers who say “I don’t agree” will write directly to Jeff when they encounter problems. Of course, it is impossible for Jeff to read all the letters coming from all over the world, so there is the first-level agency “ScottKubicki” to screen the letters. Write to "ExecutiveRelations" through Scott (these emails will be sorted out from Jeff's other emails)

Email: [email protected].

6. Jeff Bezos Escalations

When sellers are dissatisfied with the response from the performance team or have not received a response for a long time, they must be very desperate and cannot wait for a day or two (due to financial or other pressures). In this case, sellers like to email Jeff directly and ask executives to solve the problem directly.

You will only have one opportunity for ExecutiveSellerRelations to review your account and make a final judgment on the plan you submit. If they annotate your account, it means you have had your last chance, but it will be very difficult to attract their attention again.

7.NoticeTeams

When the keywords "IP, trademark, copyright or patent infringement" are mentioned, Amazon's notification team will appear. They quickly remove your listing and send you a notice asking you to contact the infringed party.

What should we do in this situation? Of course, we should reply with a sincere attitude and express our determination to mend our ways.

8.Notice-Dispute

If you determine that an Amazon strike was due to a false claim of infringement, or that the copyright owner’s email address does not really exist, you can send this team a notification.
