What is Amazon EFN?
EFN (European Fufilment Network) allows sellers to ship goods to Amazon logistics centers in only one country (such as the UK) to complete order delivery on Amazon's European market.
Amazon EFN is the distance selling threshold. Simply put, each European country has set a distance selling threshold for cross-border product sales to other European countries. Within this threshold, you are exempt from VAT registration in the receiving country. If the sales of goods exceed this threshold, you are obliged to register and declare the VAT of that country.
The so-called EFN refers to the sale of goods from one EU country to buyers in another EU country. Within a certain limit, there is no need to register for multi-country VAT. You only need to register and declare taxes in the inventory country/region. Currently, many sellers place their inventory in the UK and control costs through remote sales to sites in other European countries.
What is the difference between Amazon EFN and Pan-European Program?
(1) Pan-European Plan:
1) The five countries must have the same products on sale at the same time
2) How to register the ASIN of European integration service
3) Goods can be distributed to various sites in Europe
4) No cross-border delivery fee is charged, only local delivery fee is charged
5) Customer returns to the nearest Amazon logistics warehouse
(2) European unified delivery (EFN):
1) Allow one or more sites to have the same product
2) No need to register ASIN
3) Products are only stored in the Amazon logistics center of the parent site
4) Charge cross-border delivery fees from the warehouse to the buyer’s country
5) Customer returns to Amazon logistics center in the home country
