According to official requirements, there are several printing methods:
1. The simplest printing method: A4 self-adhesive label paper + A4 laser printer; select an A4 self-adhesive label paper that conforms to the format according to the default PDF file format of the Amazon background, open the downloaded PDF label file and print it directly with an A4 laser printer.
This method is simple to operate, but when downloading documents, it is best to set the number of labels for each SKU to the number of labels on an A4 paper. You can adjust the number of copies when printing, otherwise it will cause waste or errors.
If multiple SKU product labels are printed on one A4 paper, it will easily lead to the wrong product label. If you don't pay attention and send it to the Amazon warehouse, it will lead to serious consequences such as customer complaints.
2. The most common printing method: label printer + self-adhesive label paper (recommended size 50*30mm). This method is relatively complicated to operate.
Step 1: Install 50*30mm labels on the printer, adjust the position, and confirm that the printer can print normally (it can be automatically adjusted in the printer preferences)
Step 2: Download the SKU you need to send to FBA and set the number of prints to "1".
Step 3: Edit the label template of the corresponding size (50*30mm)
a. Use the PDF editor to create a 50*30 label template
b. Edit the corresponding label template using the label editor corresponding to the label printer model (for example: BarTenderUltraLite)
