To get back to the point, Amazon’s second review mechanism is mainly a screening of the quality of sellers. There are currently many registered stores with false information. Amazon uses the second review to determine again whether sellers can continue to sell on Amazon, thereby improving the quality of sellers and the fairness and security of the platform. Compared with Amazon’s first review, the content and time of their review are different.
1. What situations are likely to trigger a second instance?
1. Change credit card;
2. Change the payment account;
3. Change the registered company information;
4. Changing the IP address and receiving complaints when the product is launched for the first time, placing an order, or cookies do not exist.
Note: If your credit card is due to expire and you have to change it, do not modify it yourself. 2. What is Amazon’s account review mechanism?
Amazon's account review mechanism is mainly divided into primary review and secondary review. ★Amazon first review: refers to the review of the legal person’s ID card and license information during registration.
★Amazon’s second review: After operating for a period of time, Amazon will send another email to ask the seller to submit new information. Generally, it will review the operating time, inventory source and invoices for the past 6 months, inventory storage location, retail address, linked websites, other sales websites, recent delivery order letters, etc.
The key point of the second review is to provide a bill with an address that is consistent with the company's business license address, and secondly, a bill with an address that is different from the business license but is the real business address.
3. How to submit materials for the second review?
1. Click Activate in the store background, click Appeal, enter the BAP page, and then submit the materials.
2. Reply directly to the email sent to the Performance Center.
Note: Generally speaking, there are two opportunities to submit appeal documents in the second instance. If there is an investment manager, it is best to give the information to the manager for verification first. If the first submission of appeal documents fails, communicate with the investment manager again and prepare the documents for the second appeal. 4. What materials need to be submitted for the second trial?
1. Company account: prepare the business license, which should be consistent with the one filled in on Amazon backend;
Personal account: Photos of the front and back of the legal person’s ID card and photos of the front and back of the ID card held in the hand.
2. Paper or electronic address bill:
★Acceptable: telephone bills, water bills, gas bills, telephone bills, mobile phone bills and other bills issued by public institutions. The subject can be a company or a legal person. If the billing subject is a third party, corresponding valid documents must be provided as proof (such as a lease contract with a seal). Some sellers have reported that it is difficult to apply for gas, water and electricity bills, and usually only invoices are provided. The trick of a certain industry leader is that if the bill is owed for a month, these institutions will mail a notice of arrears, and the letter usually has a complete address on it; if the address is unknown, some enthusiastic art masters can beautify it;
★Not accepted: Credit card bills or third-party payment statements, property bills, and all bank-related bills are not acceptable. Please note that a bill is not an invoice, and any documents with the word "invoice" as the header will not be accepted. 3. Sellers who have created listings need to provide the corresponding VAT invoice;
4. Store operating hours;
5. Purchase invoices within six months, preferably with the name, telephone number and address of the purchaser;
6. Local inventory location, you can fill in the address on the business license or the supplier's address;
7. The address of the local physical store. If there is no local physical store, you can fill in the company address;
8. Official website. If there is no official website, please note "None";
9. Other product sales platform websites, such as AliExpress, eBay, etc. If not, please note that there is none.
10. For the most recently shipped order information, search in the backend order list. If there is no specific quantity specified, you can directly download the shipped form as an attachment in the backend.
4. How long is the second review period?
The time varies. Some reviews are completed within 15 days, while others take more than 70 days. It is mainly reviewed manually, so the more authentic and complete the information is, the faster it will be approved.
