First, go to the backend, click the PERFORMANCE button, select Customer Satisfaction, and then click Seller Rating to enter its detailed page.
We can see that the Seller Rating value is divided into four sections: Fair, Good, Very Good, and Excellent, which are:
0.00-84.49(Fair), 84.50-96.49(Good) , 96.50-98.49(Very Good) ,98.50-100(Excellent)
The Selling Rating value is calculated by adding up the gain and loss scores of all orders in the last 365 days = the average value. The "average value" is what we call the Selling Rating. Then you can see which segment this value belongs to, which can reflect your account performance to some extent.
Amazon's Seller Rating deduction rules:
1. Delayed delivery and failure to reply to the buyer's message within 24 hours will result in a deduction of 0 points; the breakdown includes reply rate within 24 hours, delayed reply rate and average reply time. The response rate within 24 hours is targeted to be >90%. There are no rigid punishment measures. But sellers still need to pay attention.
2. If you cancel a customer order without authorization before confirming shipment, 100 points will be deducted.
3. A-to-Z Guarantee Claim caused by the seller will be deducted 500 points.
4. 1-2 star Negative Feedback, deduction of 500 points.
5. Service Chargeback claim initiated by the customer’s card issuing bank will result in a deduction of 500 points.
6. Expired order: An expired order is an order that has not been shipped for more than 30 days after the delivery date. 500 points will be deducted.
7. If there are no problems with an order from the beginning to the end, then this order is a perfect order and will be awarded 100 points.
8. Orders win extra points: If the order has no problems and has valid tracking information and is successfully delivered within 3 working days, meets the fastest promised arrival time and has no refunds or communication concessions with the buyer, such orders will be rewarded with 10 points (this type of order is more common in FBA orders).
