Amazon Claim Code is a feature that allows Amazon sellers to provide discounts to buyers while limiting excessive use by customers. There are three types of claim codes: Unrestricted, Preferential, and Exclusive.
1. Unrestricted
1. You can use multiple Unrestricted discount codes at the same time;
For example, if you create four Unrestricted promotional codes: 1. Free shipping for orders over $50, 2. 10% off product A, 3. 20% off product B, 4. Buy one product C and get one product D free, and the buyer buys ABC products at the same time and spends over $50, then the buyer can get 10% off product A, 20% off product B, one product C, a free pair of product D, and free shipping!
2. It can only be used in conjunction with one Preferential discount code;
As mentioned above, an Unrestricted coupon can be used once with a Preferential coupon.
3. It can be used in conjunction with any promotion without coupons. It is a coupon of the same type that can be used in conjunction with other coupons.
2. Preferential
1 Priority discount codes can be used in conjunction with Unrestricted discount codes. For example, if product A has a 10% discount plus an Unrestricted discount code, product B has a 10% discount. If a customer buys both products A and B, they can enjoy a 20% discount.
2 It can also be used in conjunction with products that do not have coupon codes set. For example, if product A has a 10% discount and another product A has free shipping, the buyer can get both the 10% discount and free shipping if he buys product A.
3 If a buyer creates multiple priority discount codes, the system will automatically assign the largest share of discounts to the buyer.
3. Exclusive
1. Cannot be used in conjunction with any discount code, including Exclusive;
For example, if you create two exclusive coupon codes: A sets a 10% discount and a 5% discount on all store products, and a buyer places an order for A, then the buyer will get the higher 10% discount.
2. Can be combined with any promotion without discount code
For example: If you create an Exclusive coupon code: set a 5% discount for product A, and create another one for free shipping on product A, the buyer buys A, that is, the buyer gets a 5% discount and free shipping.
3. It cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount codes, including your own promotions other than those without discount codes! (Generally, if you select a discount code, the system will automatically default to this type)
Final summary on Amazon claim code settings:
1. In the same order, the buyer can only use one priority discount code at most. Priority discount codes can only be combined with unlimited and no discount code promotions, but not with other promotions;
2. In the same order, if the buyer meets multiple priority discount codes, the system will automatically select the best discount to use;
3. In the same order, buyers can use multiple unlimited discount codes at the same time;
4. Exclusive discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any priority or unlimited discount codes, but can be used in conjunction with any promotion that does not have a discount code.
