What is CapBridge?
CapBridge is a financial technology services provider in Singapore. The company operates a stock exchange in Singapore called 1exchange (1X). The exchange may plan to offer digital currency trading.
CapBridge is a leading private capital raising platform for investments in global growth companies, led by serial entrepreneur Johnson Chen and managed by a team of experienced investment professionals. CapBridge is licensed by MAS and supported by our shareholder Singapore Exchange (SGX).
CapBridge’s development:
In 2018, Capbridge obtained approval from the Monetary Authority of Singapore last year to set up a small exchange in Singapore to help start-ups and medium-sized companies raise funds and trade shares in Singapore. The exchange’s platform, called 1exchange, is designed to provide companies with convenient financing and trading services.
In July 2018, global private capital platform CapBridge Pte Ltd ("CapBridge") announced on July 18 that it had reached a strategic business partnership with Hana Financial Investment Company Limited ("HFI").
