1. American collection
First, collect all the returned products from American customers.
2. US shipping to Hong Kong
When a certain amount of returned items has been collected, they will be shipped in bulk from the United States to Hong Kong.
Three: Repair goods filing
When the returned products are shipped to Hong Kong by sea, the customer provides us with the cargo information and related materials, and we arrange for the customs filing of the repaired goods.
IV: Inspection Certificate
When the returned goods arrive at the Hong Kong port, our company will arrange for the exchange of orders, pick up the goods and bring them to our Hong Kong warehouse, and count the number of pieces, quantity, model, etc. of the goods. After the goods information is confirmed, we will make an appointment with the China Inspection and Quarantine Company for the inspection. After the inspection, the China Inspection and Quarantine Company will issue the inspection certificate.
Five: Warehouse entry (pick up goods and enter the warehouse of our bonded inspection and maintenance center in Shenzhen Export Processing Zone)
After the China Inspection and Quarantine Company issues the China Inspection Certificate, our company will arrange transportation from China to Hong Kong to pick up the goods, and declare the goods for warehousing and customs clearance. After customs clearance, the goods will arrive at our bonded inspection and maintenance center warehouse.
6. Inspection and maintenance
When the goods arrive at our bonded inspection and maintenance center warehouse, customers can arrange personnel to enter our warehouse to inspect and repair the goods. Our company will provide a clean maintenance workshop, workbenches and stools, power supply, drinking water and other facilities.
7. Exit
When the goods are repaired, customers can arrange Hong Kong FBA shipping to the United States. Our company will then arrange transportation from China to Hong Kong according to the delivery address provided by the customer, and declare the goods to the customs for shipment. After customs clearance, the goods will arrive at the Hong Kong consolidation warehouse.
8. Hong Kong Ocean Freight to the United States
Repaired customer returns are shipped from Hong Kong to the United States.
9. Warehousing and re-listing for sale
After the goods arrive in the United States, we will arrange for customs clearance and warehousing, and put them back on the shelves for sale after warehousing is completed.
