International e-Post is an economical international express delivery service launched by China Post Express Logistics to meet the needs of the international e-commerce small and light item delivery market. The product weight limit is 2 kg and the standard delivery time is 7-10 working days. Through cooperation with overseas postal services and major e-commerce platforms, it provides Chinese e-commerce customers with convenient, fast, stable timeliness, preferential prices and full-process query delivery services.
e-Post provides real-time tracking and query information on collection, export sealing and import reception. It does not provide signature information, only delivery confirmation information. Customers can check the mail tracking information through the EMS website or by calling the customer service hotline, the website of the postal service of the destination country, or the eBay website.
Some common questions about International e-Packet:
Reference time limit: 20 working days to Mexico, 5-7 working days to Vietnam, 7-15 working days to Saudi Arabia, Ukraine and Russia, and 7-10 working days to other destinations.
Maximum size of a single piece: length, width and thickness combined shall not exceed 90 cm, and the longest side shall not exceed 60 cm. The sum of twice the diameter and length of a rolled mail piece shall not exceed 104 cm, and the length shall not exceed 90 cm.
Minimum size of a single piece: length not less than 14 cm, width not less than 11 cm. The sum of twice the diameter and length of a rolled mail piece shall not be less than 17 cm, and the length shall not be less than 11 cm.
Delivery range:
(1) The United States - mainland, all territories outside the mainland, and its overseas military mail addresses;
(2) United Kingdom – Mainland China, Channel Islands and Isle of Man;
(3) France - only in the mainland, postal codes starting with 01-95 and overseas territories, including Corsica, Guadeloupe, Martinique, French Guiana, Reunion, Saint-Pierre and Miquelon, and Mayotte.
(4) Other countries – Mainland only.
