What is the main reason for pending orders?

2. For FBA orders, customers have met the $35 free shipping requirement, but since these orders were purchased from different sellers, the Pending Orders at this time may be the process of Amazon waiting for all the products to be brought together.
3. For FBA orders, if a customer purchases multiple products in one order and one or two of them are out of stock, even if Amazon chooses to deliver the products in stock or out of stock separately, the status of the order will still be Pending. However, the probability of this happening is very small.
How should we deal with pending orders?
1. Do not ship pending orders, even if the buyer contacts you first. Wait until the payment is received.
2. When Pending Orders appears, the order is grayed out on the Manage Orders page. Sellers cannot confirm shipment or cancel orders for Pending Orders. Pending Orders do not appear on your Orders report or your Unshipped Orders report.
3. Pending Orders must wait until they are transferred to the Unshipped status before they can be shipped. The shipping operation should be carried out within the HandingTime time period set when you upload the product in the backend. If it exceeds the time period, the shipping will be delayed. If an order is not shipped within 30 days, Amazon will not give you the payment for the order even if you finally ship it after 30 days.
4. If there are a large number of pending orders, it is recommended that you contact your account manager immediately to find out the specific reason. It may be that the Amazon team is reviewing your order.
5. Pending Orders There is no information about the buyer, so the best way is to wait. The essence of pending orders still needs to return to the product and conduct research based on the product itself. If the same product generates a lot of pending orders, it is recommended to optimize the product. For example, adjustments to factors such as pictures, keywords, and prices.
6. If the conversion rate of a product is low, those who do pay-per-click advertising for keywords must promptly deal with the advertising investment for the product.
