This year, the Municipal Bureau of Commerce has actively carried out cross-border e-commerce expansion actions in accordance with relevant provincial and municipal requirements and deployments. It has taken the opportunity of the strategic cooperation between Deqing County Bureau of Commerce and Guomao Cloud Commerce to jointly create the "Best-selling Worldwide" cross-border Deqing Station platform to explore and innovate new cross-border e-commerce models suitable for the actual development of Huzhou.
On March 28, the Deqing County Bureau of Commerce and Zhejiang Guomao Yunshang Enterprise Service Co., Ltd. signed a strategic cooperation agreement. By building a regional cross-border e-commerce incubation park as a carrier, they will introduce various service resources required for cross-border e-commerce and build a complete cross-border e-commerce service system for Deqing. According to preliminary information, Deqing enterprises can join the "Best-selling World" cross-border Deqing station platform for free and build their own corporate websites with marketing, management and other functions. At the same time, Deqing enterprises can also enjoy the "overseas sample room", logistics warehousing, training, finance, trade big data, comprehensive business and other services provided by the Guomao Cloud Business Overseas Operation Center.
In order to further promote the development of cross-border e-commerce in our city, this year our city has added assessment content for cross-border e-commerce in the comprehensive assessment of counties and districts and the assessment of business work, and set a certain proportion of assessment weight; the "2018 Huzhou E-commerce Development Work Points" also clarified the annual key tasks of cross-border e-commerce, and broke them down and implemented them in various counties and districts, striving to form a city-wide working force to promote the development of cross-border e-commerce. While actively creating new models and examples for the development of cross-border e-commerce in our city, our city will continue to vigorously guide and promote the development of "regional industrial clusters + cross-border e-commerce", deepen the pilot work of the provincial-level overseas foreign trade comprehensive service system in Deqing County and Anji County, accelerate the construction of platform parks such as the Zhejiang Cross-border E-commerce Industrial Park (Anji Shanghai Port Park), the Railway, Highway and Waterway Integrated Logistics Park, and the South Taihu E-commerce Headquarters Building, increase the attraction of high-quality cross-border e-commerce projects, and strive to promote the development of cross-border e-commerce in our city to achieve breakthrough progress in 2018, and strive to increase the annual cross-border e-commerce transaction volume by 50% year-on-year.
