If the buyer still disagrees, and the issue needs to be resolved immediately, you can consider your own production costs and negotiate with the buyer to only refund part of the money, and the goods will be given to the buyer for free, so as to reduce losses.
If the buyer is still unwilling, if the tax-paid price is not high, it is recommended to refund the full amount, send the goods directly to the buyer, and ask him to leave a review.
