Amazon FBA Fees = Shipping Fees (a fixed fee per item based on size and weight) Storage Fees (a prorated fee per cubic foot per month)
1. Delivery fee (fixed fee per item based on size and weight)
Amazon sellers can check the delivery fees they need to pay based on their product size (cm) and shipping weight and the table below.
Shipping weight (gm) = your unit weight + our box weight
Logistics costs for each sales channel:
(1) European Distribution Network (EFN):
With one seller account, you can sell FBA products on all of Amazon’s European marketplaces. Orders from these sites can use Amazon's fast and reliable European Logistics Network (EFN). You can store your products in an Amazon logistics center at any site (UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain) and deliver your products within the five European countries.
(2) Multi-Country Inventory (MCI):
You can also use Amazon’s Multi-Country Inventory (MCI) program to send products directly to an Amazon FBA center in one of the European target sales locations (UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain), and Amazon will stock your product shipments closest to local customers.
(3) European logistics integration services (Pan-EU):
You only need to send the products to a logistics center of an Amazon European site. Amazon will automatically allocate these inventory products to various logistics centers throughout Europe based on expected customer demand. Your products will be closer to customers and fast delivery will be guaranteed, and you don’t have to pay any additional EFN fees. You only pay the delivery fees applicable to the local inventory of the marketplace where the customer places the order. Amazon does not charge you a per-item cross-border shipping fee, regardless of where your inventory is located when a customer places an order. Pan-EU provides the most economical delivery method for you to sell in five major European sites at the same time!
2. Storage fee (per cubic foot per month, charged on a pro-rated basis)
Amazon Logistics FBA long-term storage fees:
From August 1, 2019, Amazon FBA will charge a monthly long-term storage fee (£4.30 per cubic foot/€170 per cubic meter) for inventory that is more than 365 days old. At the same time, it will also begin to implement a minimum long-term storage fee of £0.10/€0.10 per item per month. Amazon FBA will charge the greater of the applicable long-term storage fee (calculated based on the packaging volume of each item) or the minimum long-term storage fee for a single item. Long-term storage fees are in addition to regular storage fees and will not be charged if a request to remove or dispose of the item is made before these fees are charged. The same fee applies to Multi-Channel Fulfillment and the FBA Small and Light program (available in the UK and Germany).
Note: Subscription fees for the Amazon seller account incurred by the marketplace where the order was received are not included in the FBA fees. All fees do not include Value Added Tax (VAT) which is payable by the seller.
Product examples:
The storage fees associated with the above example are based on the exchange rate as of March 11, 2019.
Outgoing shipping weight = your unit weight minus our packaging weight.
