STEP 2:

(1) If you sell the following categories of goods:

1. Personal care and health 2. Food 3. Beauty 4. Pets

You are required to provide import/export invoices for the investment manager to review. The invoice must have your company name, company seal, and include the products in the category you applied for.

(2) According to Japanese law, the following categories require product certification:

1. To sell radio products (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 3G, 4G, etc.) in Japan, a Technical Standard Compliance Certificate (技適マーク) is required according to the Japanese Radio Law. After applying, you need to stick it on the product.

2. To sell electrical products in Japan (which need to be plugged into a DC power source, including PC batteries), a PSE Mark is required. After applying, you can get the certificate, and then you need to put the Mark on the product.

PSE certification: plug in DC power supply; LED lights; surveillance cameras; computer lithium batteries.

Technology Mark: Bluetooth headset; infrared; WIFI; mobile technology (3G, 4G)

Amazon has very strict requirements for images. Please make sure your images meet the following conditions:

2. If the category you are applying for is clothing, bags, shoes, jewelry, watches or accessories, please meet the following conditions

4. The image is larger than 1001*1001

5. Display the products completely without any obstruction and without any unrelated or irrelevant products

6. The product should occupy more than 85% of the main image, and there should not be too much white space

Amazon FBA You also need to pay attention to the following two points

1 Amazon Japan is a direct window to customers, so you will not receive frequent contact from customers. However, because there may be questions about product usage and warranties, we require you to be able to communicate with customers in Japanese (for example, Japanese emails).

2 Customers can return products directly to Amazon Japan's warehouse, so it's okay even if you don't have a return address in Japan.

However, since our warehouse cannot directly return goods overseas, you will need to have an address in Japan if you wish to pick up the returned goods.

Terms

1. You agree not to sell any products that do not comply with our policies or are prohibited from sale and contain pornographic or obscene content.

2. You can provide customer service in fluent Japanese.

3. Able to answer customers' questions in fluent Japanese

4. You agree to identify yourself as the importer/consignee and not Amazon as the importer/consignee.

5. You agree to pay all taxes for each order (including any taxes including consumption tax and customs duties) and will not make consumers on Amazon Japan bear any taxes when receiving the goods.

6. You acknowledge that you will be solely responsible for any tax liabilities arising from sales in Japan and that Amazon cannot provide any tax advice or support.
