Glowork Introduction:
Glowork is the first women's employment organization in the Middle East, aiming to build a communication platform between female job seekers and companies. Glowork's digital system provides thousands of job opportunities for women in customer service, sales, research and digital marketing. It can match skilled female job seekers with corresponding job opportunities. At the same time, its sensitive technology also provides work-from-home opportunities for female job seekers, especially those in rural areas.
What is Glowork’s operating model?
Glowork has established links with Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Labor, Human Resources Development Fund, and several universities to provide educational services to women. During the job search process for women, Glowork provides career guidance and has established the first Women’s Career Permit Center in Saudi Arabia, using the power of headhunters to filter, screen, train and discuss job seekers.
Glowork hosts the annual Lean In Women Career Fair to empower women around Saudi Arabia, including college seniors and recent graduates. The project effectively promotes women's active participation in today's booming labor market by enriching their job-seeking skills.
Glowork's current charges:
Since its inception, Glowork has been diversifying its revenue sources. The company charges fees for services provided, and Glowork also charges the government fees if new employees hired through Glowork participate in the government's Hafiz program.
