What information do I need to prepare to register an Amazon seller account?
1. Identity document of the legal representative
The name on the ID card or passport must be the same as the name of the legal representative on the business license
ID card must be issued by mainland China, Hong Kong, or Taiwan
Please provide color photos/scans of both sides; black and white copies will not be accepted.
The image must be complete and legible
ID card or passport should be valid
The age shown on your ID card or passport must be at least 18 years old
2. Business License
Must be issued by Mainland China, Hong Kong, or Taiwan
i. Mainland China: Business License
ii. Hong Kong, China: Certificate of Incorporation and Business Registration Ordinance (please upload both documents in one file)
iii. Taiwan: Limited Company Establishment Registration Form/Joint Stock Company Establishment Registration Form/Limited Company Change Registration Form/Joint Stock Company Change Registration Form
Please provide color photos/scans, black and white copies are not acceptable, the images must be complete and clear and readable
Mainland China business license and Hong Kong business registration regulations should be more than 45 days away from the expiration date.

Things to note when registering and reviewing an Amazon seller account
1. Please merge multiple pages of documents (e.g. Hong Kong - Certificate of Incorporation and Business Registration Ordinance) into one file for uploading;
2. The information entered by the seller (e.g. name of legal representative, ID number, unified social credit code) must be consistent with the information in the submitted documents;
3. If the company name on the business license is in Chinese, please enter the Chinese characters and do not translate it yourself;
4. The scan or photo must keep all information clear and readable;
5. We do not accept screenshots;
6. We do not accept black and white copies;
